TERMS OF SERVICE

I accept payment via Cashapp, Stripe, Venmo, and Ko-fi. Payment via gift cards, trades, or via Paypal are not accepted.

"Do I need an account to make purchases?"_{Cashapp and Venmo require an account to purchase and are only available in the United States. However, Ko-fi and Stripe don't require any account creation and are international! Ko-fi is done on a browser, and Stripe allows me to send you an invoice directly to your email.}

PAYMENT POLICY

---

1a) Payment must be made upfront before any work is started. Payment plans are available on a 2 week schedule for anything that totals over $400.
_{(Different schedules can be arranged if requested!)}2a) Refunds are accepted only if work has not been started after 3 months have passed. Once I have sent you the first WIP, refunds are no longer available.3a) I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. This includes anyone that is rude/hostile, extremely persistent, spams my dms, or makes me uncomfortable. This is a LGBTQ+ and POC friendly place, and minorities will never be discriminated against in my work or otherwise.4a) Quotes and inquires are free! I am happy to discuss any future art plans you have, or figuring out prices. I do not haggle, but if you have a budget, let me know and we can figure out some alternative options.

COMMUNICATION

I send regular life updates primarily to my Telegram channel! I prefer to do it this way because I often have many customers, and it can be difficult/cumbersome to send dms to each individual person. Sending one mass message to my channel helps keep everyone in the loop without mistakes!It is not required, but it is highly reccomended that if you are commissioning me that you follow updates in my channel in case there are any unexpected delays.

Communication about your art, including WIPs will remain in private dms. Please specify to me before commissioning if you would like for me to not post WIPs to my channel.

RULES OF COMMISSION

1b) Prompts and reference sheets must be sent before payment is made. If work has not been started, you are free to change your prompt and/or character at any time you like. I reserve the right to decline any commission that is too difficult to complete.2b) Do not message me every single day (or every other day) for updates about your commission. When asking for an update, please be clear in your intentions!

_{"When is a good time to ask about my commission?"A weekly basis is typically a great rule of thumb to ask for updates from me! This way, I won't get stressed out/buried in messages.}

3b) If you purchase an uncompleted work from me (ex. sketch or linework), you may not under any circumstance color it in yourself or commission another artist to do so unless explicitly asked. Failure to do so is considered theft and will result in a temporary or permanent blacklist.If you purchase lineart from me with the intention of making and selling adopts, credit must be given and any and all watermarks are not allowed to be removed.4b) Edits to your artwork must be asked for before completion, and must be asked for in one message. Please carefully look over your WIPs so you can spot anything wrong all at once. If edits must be made after completion, it is a $20 upcharge each time.
_{Note: Getting another artist to edit my work or editing it yourself is prohibited and will result in a temporary or permanent blacklist. Lineart bases that are meant to be edited are exempt from this rule.}5b) I do not work from deadlines. I can make an attempt, but if you have a time sensitive commission please order it months in advance just in case there are delays.

Artwork on a transparent background of your character displaying different actions or emotions. Meant to be used in sticker packs!

BADGES

Fully shaded badge featuring your character and their name, with a simple patterned background. Printed badges come laminated and shipped to your door, and a QR code on the back to my socials (and yours, if requested!).
Shipping is free to the US, international shipping is available with extra cost depending on location.

MINI REF SHEET

A super chibi front and back reference sheet. Can add very small details such as eyes and mouth closeups. This is a great temporary and affordable option!

SMALL REF SHEET

Larger extras can be added, such as a halfbody and a tail as shown. (+$50)

An unshaded reference sheet with a front and back view of your character. Can add multiple details like clothing, paw pads, headshots, color pallete, and more.

EXTRA LARGE REF SHEET

An unshaded reference sheet with a front and back view of your character. It can include an extra fullbody with a clothing option, or a wings showcase option (if applicable). It also includes a bust, a headshot, a feral fullbody, and extras such as eyes, paws, and mouth closeups.
